The World Seniors Darts Championship is the main tournament of the World Seniors Darts Tour (WSDT). This organization is dedicated to (famous) darters over the age of 50.
The tournament took place for the first time in 2022. A field of 24 players competed for the world title at the Circus Tavern in Purfleet. The tournament was won by Robert Thornton, who went on to win the 2023 edition as well.
The past editions have also featured big names such as Martin Adams, Phil Taylor, John Part, Keith Deller, Bob Anderson, Darryl Fitton, Paul Lim, Tony O’Shea, Kevin Painter, Roland Scholten and Les Wallace.
